Players for the 8 and Under age group must be at least 6 years old by January 1st of the year of the summer season in which they are playing. These fees are due at the time of registrations. No registration will be accepted without payment.   

Scholarships
Scholarships are available and follow the same guidelines as the Poudre R-1 school district Free and Reduced Lunch Program.  If you would like to apply, please send a copy of your letter from Poudre R-1 stating your qualified for their program as well as a short letter explaining your situation along with your registration form.  All applications are confidential.

Late Registration
A late fee of $15 will be assessed for all registrations received after the deadline date. A first come, first served standby list will be maintained after the deadline date to fill any remaining team openings.

Team Assignment
In the Recreational Division teams will be assigned according to which school they attend. In the event of a late registration and a full school team every effort will be made to place the player on the next closest school team.

Refunds
Refund will be made on a prorated basis. All requests for a refund must be submitted to the FCGSC in writing. No refund will be issued without written request.
