HITTING LESSONS!!
I am a former Collegiate Centerfielder, and power hitter for Western Nebraska. I was a Fossil
Ridge High School Offensive Player of the year, 4 year varsity letter winner, Coloradoan player
of the week as well as front range all conference center fielder. On my 18A competitive team, I
was both a USSSA all star, and ASA all star.
I am so excited to move home and work with young local athletes, to help them achieve their
dreams.
Where: Kelly Foster’s Northern Colorado Hitting and Pitching facility
Cost: $120.00 per month of private 30 minute lessons
-All my hitting lessons will be based on each individual athlete and their skill level.
-I will establish a base of fundamentals and mechanics and will build up to increasing bat speed, learning balance, extension and timing.
-I work on both the mental aspects of how to approach the plate and how to maintain mental control throughout the game.
-I teach the fundamentals of bunting, including stance, negative movement, positive movement, contact and follow through.
-I like to create an aggressive yet fun learning environment for hitters to flourish in.
